This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. Fonts are served from this domain, so no request goes to Google when you load a page. The only third party that can ever receive your data is Calendly, and only after you click to load it.
| Data | Why | Legal basis | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| Server log: IP, timestamp, page, user agent | Serving the page and defending against abuse. Written by the host, Netlify. | Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in a functioning, secure site | Per Netlify's retention |
| What you type into the contact form: name, email, your message, package and timing | To answer you | Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to a contract, at your request | Until the enquiry is closed, then deleted |
| Calendly: your name, email, chosen time, IP; Calendly sets its own cookies | Booking a call | Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent, given by clicking "Load the calendar" | Per Calendly's policy and my own records of the meeting |
Unless a form endpoint is configured, the form does not transmit anything itself: it opens your own email client with the text pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you press send in your own mail program. If you email me, I hold that email until the enquiry is finished.
The booking calendar is embedded from Calendly LLC (United States). It is not loaded when the page opens. It loads only if you click "Load the calendar", and that click is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a). Once loaded, Calendly receives your IP address and sets cookies, and transfers to the US rest on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Calendly's standard contractual clauses. If you would rather not involve them, write to me instead — the outcome is the same.
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Netlify keeps standard server logs as a processor on my behalf. Nothing about you is shared with anyone else.
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, or receive it in a portable format (Art. 15–21). Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — for Calendly, by clearing that cookie or simply not loading it again. One email to hello@skrello.eu is enough, and I will answer within a month.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority — in Bulgaria the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), in Germany the data protection authority of your federal state.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
